• Account data — name, email address, organization, password (stored hashed) and role.
• Member and workspace data — the membership, event, dues and directory records you and your members add to your workspace.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to secure and improve the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us through contact or support forms.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your workspace or member data for advertising.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the sub-processors needed to run the Service, or as required by law.

• to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions;
• to send transactional email (verification, renewal and account updates, security alerts, receipts and activity notifications);
• to send marketing email only where you have opted in (see our Terms);
• to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• to comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (for marketing email), and legal obligation (for compliance and record-keeping).

We use a small set of vetted sub-processors — for example cloud hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing — bound by contract to protect your data and process it only on our instructions. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at support@intavera.com. We operate primarily from the United States; where sub-processors are in other regions, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete or anonymize it, except where a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, accounting or security reasons.

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the appropriate authorities without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law, including Michigan’s data-breach notification statute (MCL 445.72) and any other law that applies to you.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@intavera.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and never charge for a reasonable request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
